And the part of you that feels, receives, opens, creates, connects and allows life to move through you.

For relationships.
For intimacy.
For creativity.
For bringing your ideas and projects into the world.
For knowing when to act and when to receive.
For holding your power without closing your heart.
For opening without losing yourself.
But many of us haven't learned how to access both freely.
We inherited ideas about what masculine and feminine are supposed to look like.
We learned to value one and reject the other.
We developed wounds around both.
And sometimes we spend our lives trying to create from only half of ourselves.
